At Aaron Terence Hughes, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but we understand that fragrance is a personal journey. We offer a 14-day return period for unopened and sealed products to ensure the integrity and hygiene of our artisanal collections.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your fragrance remains in its original, shrink-wrapped packaging; due to sanitary regulations, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or sprayed.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via the support portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original shipping box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA form is clearly included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package using a tracked service; once our laboratory inspects the seal, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
